Measure Garden Area on Picture
This web-based drawing tool enables users to accurately measure garden area on pictures. Users can upload their own images, such as site plans, garden layouts, or aerial photos, and manually mark regions of interest. The system then estimates the lengths of the marked edges and the total area, using user-provided unit references.
This tool is ideal for measuring gardens, farmland, landscaping projects, or documenting custom areas where precise spatial dimensions are required.
Steps to Use the Tool:
- Step 1: Click “Upload” to upload the picture that you will measure.
- Step 2: Click “Measure Mode” to select you will measure a line or a polygon area.
- Step 3: Click “Real-World Length” to specify the length of the first line or the first polygon edge that you will draw. This is the length that can refer your measuremental area to the real-world area. You only need to specify the first line or edge, and the lenght of the other lines or edges will be automatically calculated accordingly.
- Step 4: Click “Unit” to select the unit of your measurements.
- Step 5: Click “Clear Drawing” to clear all the drawings on the picture.
- Step 6: Use your mouth to click points to draw a line or a polygon area. To finish drawing a line, just click the last point. To finish drawing a polygon area, double click the first vertex of the polygon area.

- This online “Measure Garden Area” tool is completely FREE.
- When you “UPLOAD” a picture, it is NOT sent to any server. Actually, the picture is still SAVED on your own browser. We do NOT save or keep any of your pictures.
